the client is seeking a strategic finance leader to serve as a key partner to the CEO and Board as part of the executive leadership team. this role provides strategic advisory on business decisions and supports enterprise transformation through financial strategy, investment planning, and expansion initiatives. the finance leader will deliver commercial insights and financial analysis for major initiatives, including M&A activities and new investments, and will lead enterprise-wide financial planning and performance management.
the client finance leader will oversee core finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, treasury and cash flow management, tax and compliance, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and audit support. they will also contribute to investor relations support and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in alignment with regulatory and listed company requirements. additionally, the role will strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks across the group, while monitoring liquidity, capital structure, and funding strategies to optimize financial performance.
the successful applicant will ensure compliance with applicable listed company regulations and corporate governance standards, including leading preparation and presentation of board-level materials, annual reports, and shareholder communications. they will manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, banks, investors, and other key stakeholders, and support Board and Audit Committee matters from a financial and governance perspective. qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with a CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification highly preferred; experience is expected at a senior finance executive level with substantial finance leadership, strong knowledge of corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, governance, and regulatory compliance, and demonstrated stakeholder management and strategic, hands-on leadership capabilities.
