This includes leading the finance function, ensuring stable accounting practices, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for both the national organization and six local associations. A key focus of the role is on the safe and transparent handling of gifts and wills. You will work closely with the Secretary General, management team, and board as a strategic partner to drive the development of governance models, annual cycles, KPIs, and financial follow-up structures. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing new revenue streams, supporting impact investment initiatives, and building sustainable business models through research, data, and partnerships.In this role, you will also be responsible for strengthening finance as an active tool in decision-making processes regarding new business initiatives. Legal compliance will be a key aspect of the role, requiring collaboration with internal and external experts to ensure adherence to regulations. You will serve as a central client and demand setter in these legal matters.
