As CFO at our client, you will play a crucial role in the management team, reporting directly to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial control, reporting, asset management, and the development of financial processes. You will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, management, and board, driving the finance function towards a more proactive, data-driven, and operationally focused approach. Our client operates in a complex, transaction-intensive, and international environment, with intricate payment flows, license revenues, and payments to rights holders. In this role, you will lead the finance function, managing financial risk, internal control, budgeting, forecasting, and the development of key performance indicators. Additionally, you will be involved in decision support, as well as issues related to our client's international licensing business and ownership in ICE Services Ltd.
