As the client’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will identify, negotiate, and activate new funding channels while optimizing and restructuring existing financing across both banking and alternative sources. You will be responsible for managing and improving cash management, working capital, and financial planning to ensure cash stability and the company’s ability to meet payment obligations.
You will manage relationships with financial institutions and key stakeholders, implement financial control tools and advanced reporting, and develop cash forecast models and financial planning processes. You will also analyze business profitability, including cost control and margin performance, and professionalize the finance function with a view to structuring the area in the medium term.
Ideal candidates will have strong experience as a CFO or in senior finance leadership roles within growth-oriented environments, with proven expertise in liquidity and treasury management, funding (banking and alternative), and negotiation with financial entities, along with knowledge of refinancing and working-capital instruments (such as factoring, confirming, and similar tools). Experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing settings is highly valued, and you are expected to combine a highly operational, execution-focused profile with analytical, structured thinking, resilience under pressure, strategic vision, and the ability to lead financial and organizational transformation to support continued business growth.
