The client, a global company in the industrial services sector, known for its focus on innovation and sustainability, is seeking a CFO to oversee and direct the company's financial strategies. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring the proper preparation and presentation of financial reports and budgets, analyzing and optimizing operational costs for profitability in the Andean region, coordinating internal and external audits for regulatory compliance, implementing policies and procedures to improve financial efficiency, advising senior management on strategic decisions based on financial analysis, and leading and developing a high-performing finance team.
The successful candidate will have a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields, advanced knowledge of financial management and accounting regulations, previous experience in similar roles in the industrial sector, experience in multinational companies with operations in multiple countries, strong skills in financial analysis and strategic decision-making, proficiency in technological tools and ERP systems, advanced level of English proficiency, and the ability to work in Lima with availability for travel as needed.
