Key responsibilities include managing budgeting, financial planning, and analysis processes; ensuring the preparation and presentation of financial reports; overseeing risk management and compliance processes; and supporting tax strategy and fulfillment of legal obligations. The role also works to optimize operational processes to improve financial performance and provides regular financial updates to the board of directors, while contributing to strategic decision-making to support growth objectives.
The successful applicant will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with experience in production and export environments. The role requires knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, leadership and team management experience, and a good level of English. Additional expectations include analytical, detail-oriented work, strong technical knowledge across finance disciplines, and experience/knowledge aligned with IFRS reporting, as well as an approach focused on customer satisfaction and ISO principles.
