The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report directly to the CEO & Chairman and will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. This includes managing a team of 7 employees and overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and public company reporting functions. In addition to these responsibilities, the CFO will also play a key role in shaping corporate strategy, capital allocation, risk management, acquisitions, and other expansion activities.The CFO will be a strategic partner in enhancing investor confidence and financial flexibility as the company scales. They will work closely with the CEO and Board to engage with capital markets and ensure the long-term financial integrity and value creation of the company.
