In 2020, the client launched a Layer1 blockchain that supports privacy-preserving smart contracts, enabling decentralized and permissionless applications while maintaining privacy. As the new CEO of the client, you will help shape the network’s future by participating in planning and executing its roadmap and growth strategy. Acting as a public representative, you will advocate for data privacy in web3 and use strong communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
You will lead a remote marketing team to set and achieve ambitious goals, track progress through KPIs, and drive growth in both the size and quality of the community, including builders and investors. Your team will create and deliver impactful content across multiple channels that resonates with diverse ecosystem groups. Core responsibilities include crafting and articulating network messaging for a range of audiences, fostering the client’s reputation in the privacy space through stakeholder engagement, and leading a content marketing strategy using a mix of channels such as social media, PR, and paid promotion.
You will maintain close collaboration with the core development team to communicate product upgrades and key technical roadmap milestones to the community. You will also take an active leadership role within the community through regular engagement and community discussions. The role includes building strategic partnerships with stakeholders across the ecosystem to support liquidity and innovation, and requires executive-level experience (typically 5–10 years) with at least several years of blockchain experience, a proven marketing strategy track record, US or EU residency, and a strong academic background in relevant areas such as computer science, software engineering, cryptography, or distributed systems.
