Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy to expand market share, revenue, and brand recognition; identifying opportunities for business expansion, including innovative product offerings and business models; and overseeing operations across multiple retail locations to ensure consistent execution of company standards. The CEO will establish ambitious sales targets, build sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and strengthen the luxury brand image by expanding presence in existing and emerging markets and targeting new customer segments to build loyalty.
