Successful candidates will have consolidated experience as CEO, general director, or a C-level executive in complex industrial environments, with strong exposure to large-scale operations and high operational rigor. The role calls for a proven track record of organizational transformation and efficiency gains, experience in structured governance and/or family-controlled business contexts as a differentiator, and a leadership profile with strategic vision and strong execution capabilities, including influence, team development, and stakeholder management. The role is expected to require in-person presence outside major urban centers.
