The CEO of Lighthouse Mission Ministries plays a crucial role in providing leadership and direction to the organization in its mission to address homelessness with the power and love of Christ. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for executing the Board's vision and overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive 3-year strategic plan. Externally, the CEO serves as the main representative of the Mission to the public, leading fundraising efforts, community education, grant applications, and donor relations.Internally, the CEO is tasked with managing the administration of the Mission's various programs, finance department, and personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of relational and pastoral skills to connect with both guests and employees, as well as strategic capabilities to diversify revenue streams and guide internal projects effectively.
