The main focus of the role will be to transform the business and drive scale by increasing organic revenue growth through sales and marketing efforts, improving margins through execution excellence and cost controls, and expanding relationships with national accounts customers. The ideal candidate will have experience as a top commercial leader in a $100 million multi-site services company or as the number two commercial leader in a larger enterprise responsible for $200 million to $750 million in revenue. Strong leadership skills rooted in operational and commercial excellence are a must, as well as experience in M&A and integration.
