Our client is seeking a new CEO for their CS Operations division due to an impending retirement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chair and Board members to lead 340 employees nationwide across various business functions. The ideal candidate will be able to lead strategy, build high-performing teams, and create lasting client relationships on major projects nationwide. Additionally, there will be a focus on digital transformation, business processes, and leadership and succession planning.
