The client is seeking a senior finance and capital markets leader to develop and execute a capital markets and market capitalization strategy focused on long-term value creation. This role will manage investor relations, including institutional investor relationships, analyst communication, roadshows, and results announcements, while shaping and refining the company’s equity story based on business fundamentals and future growth drivers. You will monitor valuation drivers, peer trends, market sentiment, and share performance to identify risks and opportunities, and advise on capital structure, financing options, transaction timing, and external communications.
