The client is seeking a real estate investment professional to support the full investment lifecycle across markets in Central and Eastern Europe and selected Western European locations. This role will help implement the organization’s investment strategy by identifying and assessing commercial opportunities, including existing assets, development projects, conversions, and redevelopment initiatives, with the goal of creating long-term value within a complex financial and operational environment.
The selected individual will analyze investment attractiveness and market dynamics, conduct comprehensive due diligence covering commercial, financial, technical, and legal aspects, and prepare business plans, financial forecasts, and investment recommendations for senior management. Responsibilities also include managing end-to-end transaction processes such as negotiation and deal structuring, coordinating with external advisors, supporting the securing of project financing in cooperation with banks, funds, and capital partners (including joint-venture structures), and collaborating with asset owners, developers, institutional investors, and other key partners.
In addition, the role involves overseeing project execution, including CAPEX control, timelines, costs, and risk management, as well as reviewing portfolio performance and recommending initiatives to enhance profitability and value. The client expects experience in real estate investment or asset transaction roles (or related sectors such as energy or private equity), strong due diligence leadership and advanced financial modelling skills, familiarity with investment and financing processes, and proven negotiation and partner-management capabilities, along with the ability to manage complex projects and travel as needed for project execution across markets.
