The Business Unit Manager for Stockholm will be responsible for leading and developing the business unit with full P&L responsibility. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and operational presence to drive the continued growth of our client, including upcoming acquisition opportunities. The manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure profitability in the project portfolio, as well as lead the commercial work by developing strategy, prioritizing customer acquisition, and managing tenders in a project-based environment.In addition to managing the business unit's commercial activities, the role includes full personnel responsibility, including recruitment of fitters, technicians, and white-collar workers. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring that quality, environment, and work environment standards are met through structured processes with measurable goals, action plans, and follow-up. Compliance with electrical, environmental, and labor legislation is also a key aspect of the role. Close collaboration with the controller is essential to ensure that projects have the right project management, resources, and expertise, as well as effective invoicing, time accounting, and follow-up processes.
