In a hybrid setup, this role will work across project and client delivery, leading consulting engagements as well as contributing to operational management and proposition development focused on revenue growth and business development. You will help clients shape and deliver functional or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by assessing current performance, designing operating models, and executing cost reduction and value-creation programs to enable client goals.
key responsibilities include leading a portfolio of assignments and client projects across business review and transformation delivery, managing consulting staff and key stakeholders, and supporting capability and proposition development. This includes contributing to thought leadership and people development, while also assisting the business with business leadership priorities and ongoing revenue growth. The role will typically involve partnering closely with leadership teams to prepare clients for transformation and embed the resulting changes within client organizations.
the ideal candidate is a highly experienced management consultant with recent director-level experience in the UK and strong capability at c-suite stakeholder level. You should have proven experience across strategic business review, cost optimization, and business transformation, including one or more areas such as shared services/business process services, organisational design/target operating model, or b2b customer experience. Recent experience in life sciences (such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices), manufacturing, or consumer goods is preferred, while public sector and financial services experience is not relevant. The client also expects demonstrated experience in sales, growing client accounts, and delivery alongside broader practice development, for a permanent role.
