The Business and Sales Manager will work closely with the CEO and COO to drive growth in workplace licenses and develop commercial offerings for companies and organizations. This role will involve leading and implementing complex deals with major customers, as well as establishing scalable structures for processing small and medium-sized businesses. The manager will collaborate with legal and industry specialists to create business solutions that add value for both rights holders and licensees, while also establishing and recruiting a sales and customer service team.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clear offering packages, pricing, and sales processes, as well as contributing to our client's long-term strategy around new revenue streams related to AI and digitalization. This role will play a central role in building and leading our client's commercial work, with a focus on the business community and relevant industry organizations. The Business and Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving growth and making workplace licenses a more significant part of our client's revenue mix, while also ensuring responsible copying and AI use within a compliance and sustainability context.
