Qualifications include having a JD or LLM and being admitted to a US State Bar or having pending admission. Experience with business immigration matters, including PERM and Adjustment of Status and related documentation, is expected, along with strong writing skills, the ability to multitask, and effective case management to stay connected in a team setting.
