The Business Area Manager in Stockholm will have full responsibility for overseeing the operations of our client in the region, including managing the budget, profit, and personnel. With a turnover of approximately SEK 350 million, this region is the company's largest and most central market. This role is a key part of the management team for Best Sweden, requiring close collaboration with various staff functions such as finance, HR, IT, and commercial development. Daily operations management will be a key focus, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high delivery quality across traffic management, terminal operations, capacity and haulage management, and customer service.The Business Area Manager will be tasked with developing structures, working methods, and management organization in a complex metropolitan region with high volumes and numerous external suppliers. Extensive external contact with customers, partners, and affiliated hauliers in the Stockholm area will be necessary, along with collaboration with the Sweden Manager and other management on strategy, goals, and priorities. Responsibility for the work environment, safety, and regulatory compliance within the business area will also fall under the purview of this role, with decision-making within the established budget, certification procedure, and company guidelines.
