Building Impact (BI) is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization in transforming corporate volunteering by connecting companies with meaningful community service opportunities. The CEO will be responsible for driving organizational success, empowering staff, and advancing the organization's culture, capability, processes, and impact. With a $2 million annual budget and 12 employees, the CEO will serve as the primary external face and voice of the organization, supporting the implementation of Building Impact's business development strategy.
Key responsibilities for the CEO include strengthening and executing Building Impact's vision and strategy, defining measurable business goals, and serving as the primary spokesperson for the organization. The CEO will lead a comprehensive business development strategy focused on sustainable revenue growth, cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with corporate partners, and develop new nonprofit partnerships aligned with organizational capacity and mission impact. Additionally, the CEO will lead and develop a team of 12 employees, foster a collaborative workplace culture, and oversee financial and operational management.
