Through training programs, we help participants build skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive in today’s workplace. This is a voluntary role focused on making a meaningful, lasting impact.
As a board member, you will provide strategic oversight, support strong governance, and help guide the growth and long-term sustainability of the organization. You will work collaboratively with fellow board members to help ensure the organization’s direction aligns with its mission and responsibilities.
We are especially interested in candidates with prior board experience and/or experience in the social enterprise sector. You should bring a commitment to governance, a willingness to contribute thoughtfully to strategic discussions, and an ability to support the organization’s mission through active board engagement.
