The client’s Board of Directors guides the organization’s programming and activities, including overseeing major initiatives such as maintaining a large LGBTQIA+ library and supporting community-centered fundraising efforts. The Board is an all-volunteer-led body, and board members are expected to take an active, hands-on approach with a can-do attitude to help get the work done.
