The client is seeking to appoint new members to its Board and Sub-Committees. It supports the delivery of housing, manages a large portfolio of properties, and has an ambition to deliver new homes annually. The client is the national federation for the co-operative housing movement and operates as a registered charity and approved housing body.
the Board is inviting expressions of interest from individuals with backgrounds in housing, finance, HR, governance, IT, and construction or property management. Appointments are non-renumerated (other than out-of-pocket expenses) for two-year terms, which may be renewed. Board members are expected to reside in Ireland.
In addition to potential Board membership, The client is seeking individuals suitable to serve on Sub-Committees covering Audit, Assurance and Finance; Development and Growth; Housing Services (tenancy management) and Community Engagement; and Asset Management and Property Services.
