Our client is looking to add two directors who can enhance its collective perspective and support the organization's long-term strategic priorities. The first appointment will focus on strengthening the Board's understanding of its core membership and policyholder base. The ideal candidate will be a senior business leader with experience in agriculture, agri-food, manufacturing, industrial operations, or another operationally intensive sector. They should have a strong understanding of rural Ontario, agricultural and commercial enterprises, and experience leading complex organizations through growth, operational excellence, or business transformation.The second director will bring expertise in digital transformation, innovation, technology, or data analytics. They will have a track record of driving digital strategies and leveraging technology to enhance business performance. This individual will also have experience in risk management, cybersecurity, or data privacy to help the organization navigate the evolving digital landscape. Both directors will play a key role in shaping the organization's future direction and ensuring its continued success in a rapidly changing environment.
