Our client, YMCA BC, is looking for two new Board Directors to join their Operating Board, which provides strategic leadership and oversight. The ideal candidates will have a strategic mindset, senior-level experience, and a strong understanding of fiduciary and governance responsibilities. Additionally, they should have specialized expertise in either Digital Strategy and Transformation or Indigenous Engagement.The Board Directors will work closely with the Operating Board to provide guidance and support in their respective areas of expertise. They will contribute to the overall strategic direction of YMCA BC and help drive initiatives related to digital strategy and transformation or Indigenous engagement. The successful candidates will play a key role in shaping the future of the organization and ensuring its continued success in serving the community.
