The client provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and their families and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join a collaborative, supportive team. In this role, you will help deliver high-quality, individualized services and contribute to positive outcomes for children and their families while supporting your professional growth through ongoing development and supervision.
Responsibilities include creating and implementing ABA treatment and individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with families and other providers, conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA), and using the results to develop tailored treatment strategies. You will monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to support optimal outcomes, while ensuring thorough and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments.
You are expected to uphold ethical standards and evidence-based practices and to comply with relevant guidelines, including those associated with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The role typically requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans, with experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or similar roles preferred; the client may support professional supervision and training responsibilities as part of the position.
