As part of the continued alliance this year, IE will provide two BlueSteps members, who apply and are accepted to IE, with scholarships of 50% of tuition fees, equivalent to 22,500€ each, towards the IE Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy. |

Evaluation Criteria: BlueSteps members who apply for the scholarship will be evaluated on their professional history, record of achievement and ambition to improve the state of business and organizations. The Scholarship Committee will evaluate candidates that find themselves in a growing point in their professional career, professionals who want to change/advance the way they lead. Participants in the program are managers and leaders of units, functions or organizations. They have reached their current positions through a combination of hard-work, demonstrated business expertise, and largely self-taught leadership abilities. They are busy executives who know that investing 6 days each business quarter in training will not be easy, but they realize that investing in leadership training is what will determine the next stages of their careers.
