1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to those who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of BlueSteps and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
     
2. How to Enter: Follow the directions on each individual social media giveaway post. To enter, participants must follow the BlueSteps social media account (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and tag one friend in the comments section of the giveaway post. Only one entry per person is allowed.
     
3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on Monday 1/30/23 and ends on Friday 2/10/23. Entries received after the end of the giveaway period will not be considered.
     
4. Prize: The winners will receive BlueSteps Membership, Hogan Career Assessments, or a Mintz Social Media Audit, as the social media posts stipulate. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
     
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries 1 week following their release. The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter the giveaway.
     
6. General Conditions: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of BlueSteps, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. BlueSteps is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the administration of the giveaway.
     
7. Release: By entering the giveaway, participants release BlueSteps and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or with the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
     
8. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants BlueSteps the right to use his/her name, image, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
