1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to those who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of BlueSteps and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
     
2. How to Enter: Follow the directions on each individual LinkedIn giveaway post. To enter, participants must follow the BlueSteps LinkedIn account and tag one friend in the comments section of the giveaway post. Only one entry per person is allowed.
     
3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 and ends on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 12am ET. Entries received after the end of the giveaway period will not be considered.
     
4. Prize: The winners will receive a one year BlueSteps Membership, Hogan Career Assessments, Mintz Social Media Audit, Matthew Syed Mindset Report, or a Pay Index Compensation Report as the social media posts stipulate. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
     
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries 1 week following their release. The winner will be notified via direct message on LinkedIn.
     
6. General Conditions: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of BlueSteps, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. BlueSteps is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the administration of the giveaway.
