In the role of BD Director for the US, you will be responsible for designing and implementing revenue strategies in the region. You will be expected to balance nurturing existing relationships with aggressively pursuing new business opportunities to enhance institutional connections and drive revenue growth. This position is ideally suited for individuals with significant experience in both traditional and decentralized finance, a strong ability to negotiate and close partnerships, and a history of securing capital.
Key obligations include leading revenue initiatives through strategic farming and hunting, managing significant client relationships, structuring and finalizing high-value deals, and spearheading fundraising efforts. The role also involves maintaining a robust pipeline with clear qualification and forecasting, and collaborating with teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Successful candidates will have more than six years of experience in business development or institutional sales, a strong understanding of crypto or digital assets, and excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management.
