This role is for a hunter-style sales professional supporting a client technology consulting and services organization. The position focuses on prospecting, identifying, and closing new business, including building relationships with industry leaders, alliance partners, and vendors, and participating in key industry forums to help establish the client brand through marketing initiatives and engagements with sourcing advisors and partner stakeholders.
Responsibilities include attaining established sales and revenue goals, coordinating sales efforts with marketing and sales support organizations, and managing the full sales cycle toward new logo acquisition. The role requires superior client-facing communication skills, the ability to articulate value clearly through compelling presentations, strong closing capabilities, and experience translating complex technical concepts into business terms for decision makers and influencers.
The successful applicant will bring a proven, consistent track record of exceeding revenue and order booking quotas, along with experience gathering and analyzing corporate and market information and applying it to business evaluations. You should have familiarity with an onsite/offshore delivery model and its associated pricing structures, strong value proposition development, proposal creation, and deal-structuring experience, including crafting annuity contracts and proposals, and the ability to collaborate with globally distributed team members across multiple time zones. Relevant vertical experience may include TMT, gaming, hi-tech, CPG, retail, and manufacturing.
