This role requires managing a team of Account Managers and Program Managers to ensure accountability and profitability of the OEM accounts. The Sales Director will also work on driving global synergy and alignment with these accounts to ensure overall delivery and success.
Responsibilities for the role include increasing market share and developing new business opportunities with automotive OEMs such as Ford, GM, and Stellantis. The Sales Director will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving revenue and margin growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service and delivery. Strategic roadmaps for key targets will need to be developed, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders will be necessary to grow market share and diversify the product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or a related field, along with 10+ years of automotive sales experience calling on OEMs. Experience with sales management, business development, program launches, and account management is required.
