the client is seeking two Non-Executive Directors to join its Board at a pivotal moment in the organisation’s development. The roles will help shape the future of a leading mental health provider serving communities across the South West London area, delivering mental health services to a large local population. One appointment will chair the Audit Committee and will require deep board-level experience in a complex, regulated environment, along with strong financial expertise, a recognised financial qualification, and the ability to oversee governance, risk, and assurance frameworks. The second role will be filled by a senior clinical leader with a background in psychiatry, psychology, or an allied health profession, strengthening Board oversight of quality, patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and patient experience.
Successful candidates will bring sound judgement, strategic thinking, and confidence to challenge constructively while building strong working relationships. A genuine commitment to tackling health inequalities, promoting inclusion, and advancing compassionate leadership is essential, and the client particularly welcomes applications from under-represented groups to enrich Board discussions and decision-making.
