The AVP/University Registrar will play a crucial role in creating a student-focused academic setting that aligns with our client's core values. They will be responsible for establishing and implementing a strategic vision for the Office of the Registrar that supports the university's goals of excellence, equity, and innovation. This includes increasing transfer enrollment, improving the transfer student experience, enhancing technology utilization, and strengthening data governance. Additionally, the AVP/University Registrar will be tasked with building collaborative relationships with various campus stakeholders and partners within the SSEM department, as well as providing leadership, development, and support to a dedicated team.The successful candidate for this position will need to possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to fostering a student-centered academic environment. They should have experience in higher education administration, particularly in registrar services, enrollment management, or related fields. Additionally, the AVP/University Registrar should have a track record of successfully implementing innovative solutions, optimizing technology, and building effective partnerships within a university setting. Strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and a passion for advancing the goals of Oregon Rising are also essential qualities for this role.
