The client is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead and expand fundraising efforts for gifts of $5 million and above, including campaign and presidential initiatives. This role will oversee principal gifts, planned giving, and foundation relations, with a mandate to build a best-in-class principal gifts program. As a member of the client’s development leadership team, the AVP is expected to help advance strategic plan priorities and campaign goals by engaging donors whose support creates meaningful impact.
