The client is seeking an experienced Associate Vice President of Community Health and Well-Being to provide vision and leadership for continuing efforts to prioritize health and well-being as a foundation for lifelong success. This role will build and advance a forward-thinking framework that nurtures a holistic health and well-being culture, reinforcing shared responsibility for individual and community health as a cornerstone of the client’s student experience.
Reporting through the client’s Division of Student Affairs, the Associate Vice President will lead a team of experts across Counseling & Psychological Services (CaPS), University Health Services (UHS), and Wellness and Meaning-Making Programs (WMM). Together, the team will deliver programs, services, education, and related resources that advance and support student health and well-being, while capitalizing on existing progress and reinforcing core values of dedication, collaboration, and creativity. The role is expected to further an inclusive, relational, collaborative, and responsive ethic of care to support students’ everyday well-being alongside their broader aspirations.
