The AVPPC position at Aurora University reports to the Senior Vice President for Business and Finance and is responsible for providing strategic human resources leadership across the university. This role involves spearheading initiatives to make AU an employer of choice and supporting President Rivera-Mills' vision of transforming the institution's treatment of faculty and staff. Leading a team of four, the AVPPC will oversee recruitment, retention, onboarding, leadership development, employee relations, total rewards, performance management, and human resource technology and data.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in human resources leadership and a strong understanding of best practices in recruitment, retention, and employee development. The salary range for this position is $135k-$175k, depending on experience. The AVPPC will play a crucial role in shaping the university's culture and ensuring that AU is recognized for its exceptional treatment of faculty and staff.
