The Associate Vice President for Online Learning at UTPB will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and development of online, distance, and hybrid education programs. This includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible, and market-responsive online programs that support student success and align with the institution's mission and strategic goals. The AVP will report to the Provost and Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs and provide leadership in integrating and overseeing online learning initiatives.The ideal candidate will have experience in online education leadership, strategic planning, and program development. They will possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with faculty, staff, and administrators to enhance online learning opportunities. The AVP will also be responsible for managing resources, budgets, and personnel to support the growth and success of online programs at our client.
