Our client is looking for an Assistant/Associate Vice President for Institutional Research & Analysis (AVP-IRA) to lead enterprise-wide institutional research, analytics, data governance, and decision support. Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Research, and Student Success, the AVP-IRA will provide strategic guidance to senior leaders, the Presidents Cabinet, and the Board of Trustees, ensuring that data-driven insights inform policy, planning, and resource allocation. This role will also collaborate with peers in the Division of Academic Affairs, Research, and Student Success, as well as with institutional research and technology leaders across UT's campuses and institutes to promote consistency and excellence in institutional reporting and analysis.The AVP-IRA will serve as a trusted advisor, providing reliable data and evidence-based insights to inform decision-making processes across the university system. They will play a key role in ensuring that data and analytics support strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement in academic and student success outcomes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in institutional research, data governance, and analytics, as well as experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to drive organizational change and improve data-informed decision-making processes.
