The Associate Vice President for Graduate Studies will report to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of graduate education at our client. This includes providing leadership for the Office of Graduate Studies, working closely with college deans and department chairs to develop strategic plans for graduate education, and representing our client and its graduate programs in the region. The AVP GS will also collaborate with colleagues from all divisions and serve as a liaison with the California State University's Office of the Chancellor.The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly qualified and motivated individual who can demonstrate leadership qualities as outlined in our client's Leadership Principles. The AVP GS will have the opportunity to further graduate studies at our client by implementing strategic plans, collaborating with colleagues, and representing the university in various capacities.
