The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) is seeking an experienced marketing leader to serve as the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Marketing and Creative Services. This senior role will oversee all enrollment marketing activities and lead the Creative team within the Division of Marketing and Communications at UTEP. The AVP will work closely with the Marketing and Communications leadership team and the Vice President of Enrollment Management to ensure the quality and delivery of marketing elements align with the strategic enrollment plan. One of the top priorities for this position is to enhance UTEP's institutional brand recognition in emerging and potential new secondary markets to support the university's growth and diversification goals.Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at UTEP, the AVP will manage a team of 11 creative services professionals to develop a more proactive, strategic, and efficient unit that can adapt to the changing needs of the university. As the chief creative director, the new leader will promote a culture of critique and feedback to ensure consistency in quality and understanding of enrollment needs within the team. Additionally, the AVP will be responsible for managing the department budget at UTEP to maximize the return on investment of resources.
