The new Assistant Vice President will be responsible for fostering connections and relationships between alumni, students, and the University. They will report to the Vice President for Advancement and work closely with her to set strategic goals, evaluate programs, and lead a team of staff focused on alumni engagement and annual giving. The ideal candidate will have a passion for networking and building relationships, as well as experience in leadership and development within a university setting.In addition to working closely with the Vice President for Advancement, the new AVP will also be a key member of her leadership team. They will be responsible for establishing metrics and goals for the division, as well as coaching, mentoring, and developing staff. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of advancement programs and practices, as well as the ability to lead a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
