The AVP and CFO position reports directly to the NAU Advancement Vice President and Foundation Chief Executive Officer, Nick Lobejko. This role is responsible for overseeing the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the Foundation, ensuring accuracy in reporting and safeguarding institutional assets. The AVP, CFO also plays a key role in shaping financial and operational strategy within the Advancement | Foundation division, with additional responsibilities in financial analysis and strategic initiatives related to real estate, intellectual property, and venture capital.This position is highly visible and impactful within the division, requiring strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. The AVP, CFO will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support the overall mission of the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, risk assessment, and strategic planning, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
