Our client is seeking a scholar with expertise in Teams, Processes, and Collaboration in Games, focusing on how individuals, groups, and organizations work together in game development and gameplay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advancing theories, models, methods, or tools that enhance our understanding of how people collaborate to design, create, and engage with complex game systems. Subareas of interest include team cognition, human-computer interaction, organizational behavior, learning sciences, computational social science, human factors, and socio-technical systems in creative practice.Applicants should have a terminal degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Learning Sciences, or Communication.
