We are seeking an Associate Executive Director of Operations to help lead day-to-day operations for a mission-driven Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) community in Oakland, California.
In this role, you will support operational planning and coordination to ensure the community runs effectively, that programs and services are delivered consistently, and that operational activities align with organizational goals. You may also support process improvement efforts, help oversee operational priorities, and assist with maintaining a high-quality resident experience.
Qualified candidates will typically have experience in operations leadership within a senior care or residential healthcare setting, along with the ability to manage responsibilities in a mission-focused environment. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a service-oriented approach are expected, and you should be prepared to support operational oversight in a leadership capacity.
