The 2026 Associate Director (AD) Programme offered by our client aims to develop the next generation of governance leaders in ?tautahi Christchurch. This 18-month initiative will provide nine ADs with the opportunity to gain hands-on governance experience at a strategic level by serving on group company boards. In addition to boardroom practice, participants will engage in a structured Cohort Programme that includes mentoring, reflection, and professional development activities to enhance their governance skills and leadership effectiveness.The AD Programme is part of our client's broader efforts to strengthen governance capability across its group of companies. By participating in this initiative, individuals will have the chance to grow their leadership skills and contribute to the future success of the organization. This unique opportunity will allow ADs to gain valuable experience and insights into the governance practices of a diverse range of companies, while also receiving support and guidance through the Cohort Programme to further develop their capabilities as future governance leaders.
