The Associate Director position involves providing operational leadership for the Accreditation and Educational Standards teams under the direction of the Director, Training Standards. This role includes overseeing the delivery, implementation, and improvement of accreditation standards, policies, processes, and reviews, as well as supporting the development of educational standards, curriculum, and assessment initiatives for family medicine residency training. The Associate Director works closely with the Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, support departmental planning and resource management, and collaborate with key educational and accreditation partners to ensure effective training standards.Reporting to the Director, Training Standards, the Associate Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of family medicine residency training through accreditation and educational standards. This position involves providing operational leadership, overseeing accreditation standards and processes, and supporting the development of educational initiatives.
