The client is seeking an Associate Director, Human Resources to support organizational effectiveness and align HR strategies with business priorities. In this role, you will partner with senior business leaders, contribute to transformation and organizational design efforts, and help ensure smooth change management and strong employee engagement.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and offer management. You will also lead core people processes such as performance management, talent development, succession planning, and career progression, while overseeing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and development through employee relations and offboarding.
The role includes coaching and guidance for managers and employees on HR-related matters, collaborating with regional and global HR teams to maintain consistency and alignment, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and practices. You are expected to ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, monitor HR metrics and people indicators, and foster a feedback culture by identifying organizational and people needs; qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, substantial HR experience in generalist or HR business partnering responsibilities in an international environment, strong knowledge of recruitment, talent management, and employee relations, understanding of Spanish labor law, change support experience, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
