Description

The client is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to oversee the daily management and strategic implementation of clinical programs. This leadership role involves managing and reporting on various projects within the Clinical Services team, as well as collaborating with other leaders within the client. The ideal candidate will have experience in program development, navigating health systems, analytics, and reporting, and will be a change management leader. A focus on measurement-based care and evidence-based strategies is essential to improve best practices and client outcomes.

Responsibilities of the role include managing clinical data systems, leading strategic decision-making in clinical operations, managing budgets and expenses, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory guidelines. The Associate Director will also be responsible for project management, including planning and implementing clinical service projects and initiatives, as well as leading change management activities to support new processes and programs. People and stakeholder management are also key aspects of the role, including recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical service staff.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, credentials in Lean Six Sigma, Process Management, or Change Management, and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting. Experience in the CYMH sector and/or Clinical Service setting is preferred, as well as an understanding of privacy and ethical standards. Strong technical skills in clinical operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are required for this role.
